If a piece arrives damaged

Maker-direct shipping is honest, and it is not magic. A carafe can still crack. A runner can arrive with a tear. The order is still ours.

What to do

Write the studio with the order id and a short note about the damage. Do not send the piece back until we ask. We will replace it or refund what you paid.

What this is not

A change of mind is not the same as damage. If you want to talk about a return that is not about condition, write anyway and we will say what we can do before anything moves.
