Who ships the piece

Halden does not keep a warehouse. After Stripe confirms payment, the order goes to the maker or supplier who finishes that piece. The parcel leaves their bench, not a Halden stockroom.

That is why a delivery date cannot be promised the way a warehouse store can promise one. The time below is the range we see, not a guarantee.

What shipping costs

Shipping on this floor is free. The price on the piece is the piece. The bag does not add a second shipping charge.

When it leaves

Ships in 2–5 business days, then arrives in 5–20 business days (about 1–4 weeks total).

A weekend or a maker's closed day is not a business day.

If a piece cannot be made or the supplier cannot take the order, we write to you and refund the payment. We do not leave a paid order sitting with no news.

How long it is in transit

Ships in 2–5 business days, then arrives in 5–20 business days (about 1–4 weeks total).

Tracking

When the carrier has a number, it is added to the order. Tracking can appear a day or two after the maker hands the parcel over. No tracking number yet does not mean the order was lost.

The confirmation email has the order id. Use that id if you write to us about a shipment.

The address on the label

The address you enter at checkout is the address on the label. A gate code, apartment, or floor belongs on the second line before you pay. We can correct a small typo before the maker ships. After the parcel is in transit, the carrier holds the address.

Damage and refunds are in the return policy. Questions go to the studio.
